Biography

I discovered Pilates in my early twenties after hurting my back moving record boxes (music and dancing being my other passions). Unable to get out of bed for days and in pain, I was recommended Pilates during one of my many osteopath appointments. After just a few classes, my discomfort began to ease and not before long I was pain free and dancing the night away again. I was amazed how much it taught me about my body – how it works and should behave. I discovered that I was hyper mobile and it helped me to manage that too – it changed my body completely and made me feel strong. So that was the turning point - I wanted to teach Pilates. I began my teacher training with the Pilates Foundation, and as soon as I qualified one year later, I taught in gyms, health clubs and with private clients. Now, some twenty years on, I still love teaching and attend classes twice a week myself.

My Caci journey began more recently. When I reached forty I started to look for more natural approaches to anti-aging. Not interested in Botox or fillers, my search led me to Caci, and I signed up for a course of ten treatments. I immediately saw the benefits... my face was lifted, the dreaded jowl lines less pronounced, my skin was smoother and generally had a fresher feel and look. Inspired by these incredible results and with so many friends of a similar age complaining about aging but jumping on the Botox bandwagon all too quickly, I decided to train as a Caci therapist. Desperate to share the results of what I see as one of beauty's best kept secrets!

So there, that’s my story and how I got to where I am now. I absolutely love what I do, and I’m desperate to share the Caci and Pilates love so please get in touch – even if it’s just to ask a question, I’d be more than happy to help!
